Complete our brief online enquiry form. Let us know about your child’s unique learning needs, their current year group (Years 1–13), your preferred curriculum track, or your interest in our Experiential Gap-Year Program.

A dedicated member of our admissions team will personally reach out to review your enquiry, answer any program questions, and discuss how Keystone can bend to adapt to your family’s lifestyle.
Step 3: Experience Keystone (Live Demo)
Schedule a personalized, hands-on virtual demonstration. Walk through our interactive digital learning environment, explore student portals, and view sample lesson structures in action.
Step 4: Secure Your Seat
Submit your formal application files via our secure document portal and complete the semester tuition payment process using your preferred local or international billing option.
Step 5: Receive Your Physical Learning Kit
We process your deployment and ship your child’s customized learning materials, textbook packs, science lab apparatus, and specialized physical toolkit directly to your door within 7 to 10 days.
Application Checklist & Required Documents
To finalize your enrollment slot, please prepare the following documentation. Ensuring these files are ready helps our academic team process your child’s onboarding swiftly.
1. Learner’s Birth Certificate
A clear scanned copy or high-quality photo of your child’s official birth certificate or passport bio data page.
2. Previous Report Cards
Required for Year 2 and above: Please provide transcripts or academic report cards from the student’s previous school year.
3. Passport Photos
Recent, clear passport-style headshots of both the Learner and the Parent/Guardian against a clean, plain backdrop.
4. Guardian Identity Document
A copy of the primary parent or legal guardian’s National Identity Card, Alien ID, or official Passport information page.
